All Guest Teams need to be confirmed with the Travel League Director-Lance Elrod,
15 days prior to the Travel League date they wish to play.

Confirmation to Travel League Director-Lance Elrod includes a paid Entry Fee.

The Entry Fee for each Travel League weekend is $300.00. This fee is refunded if the Guest Team goes undefeated that weekend.

The Entry Fee entitles each team to a "Round Robin" schedule with the existing Travel League Teams.

In the event a guest team cannot make a weekend they have confirmed, they will forfeit their entry fee for that weekend, unless proper notice has been given to the Travel League director.

The Guest Team players will be eligible for the CCASA all Travel League team and awards, providing their players have enough qualifying at bats.

Guest Teams will be encouraged to participate in two weekends during the season to allow for competition against ALL of the teams in the league.

Confirmation of Guest Teams in the Travel League is on a first come, first serve basis. If you see a set of weekends that you would like to participate in, don’t wait. You can reserve a weekend in advance by putting down a $100.00 deposit, but the remainder still has to be paid 15 days prior to the event.
*Remember-Confirmation means "PAID" entry fee! If the entry fee is not received by the 15-day deadline, we will move to the next team on the list, and that teams deposit will be lost.
